Capacity Building Workshop on Commercial Rice Production & Productivity

NASCO recently restored its Rice & Cereals Processing Company (RICECO), which has the capacity to absorb all the rice produced in Plateau State. NASCO’s Chairman delivered this news during a one-day Capacity Building Workshop on Commercial Rice Production & Productivity organized for the Rice Farmers Association of Nigeria. NASCO was pleased to assist the Rice Farmers Association in Plateau to increase their earnings through knowledge acquired during the workshop. The Head of the Rice Farmers Association, Mr. Mathias Sabo, applauded NASCO for organizing the workshop which he described as a sign of good fortunes for rice farmers in Plateau State.
