The first step to be considered as a candidate will require you to undertake our online process and submit your CV on our website. Your CV should accurately reflect your academic achievements and work experience. Candidates with the relevant credentials will then be contacted by phone or email to verify their records. Please be patient as we thoroughly examine all resumes to ensure that they match our current job openings. Subsequently, you will be asked to go online to take our aptitude tests in order to determine your key strengths. If your test results are positive, you will be invited to attend an interview with a member of our HR Team and someone from the relevant business unit. International candidates will be assisted with all necessary visa formalities, work permits and travel arrangements. The interview will be followed by a group assessment center, where you will have the chance to show us what sets you apart in your field and why you would be an excellent addition to our company.
