Presentation of ISO 9001:2000 Certificate to NASCO Group

The Federal Ministry of Commerce & Industry held a ceremony at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on March 2007, where the President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, presented a certificate of recognition to NASCO Group. This award was in honour of the industries and enterprises who have contributed to the growth and sustenance of the economy through quality and excellence in products and service delivery, and for achieving certification from the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO 9000/14000 series). During the official presentation of the certificate, the Director-General of Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) stated that NASCO products were of an international standard, and enjoined the company to maintain this enviable model.
